Morning harvest… As the garden slows the emerging hemp in the cannabis field closes in on the final weeks of the inaugural year. I’m beyond glad I didn’t plant all five acres, I’d be mowing that shit back into the ground if I did. I’m also stoked half my crop went to shit in the drought, because there’s no way I could even harvest a full acre at full potential. That leaves me with about 350 worthy plants close to 5 cubic feet, which I still have no clue how I’m going to get this done. Yes help is on the way but the sense of being in over my head is very real. The caterpillars are increasing the attack, and the heat is intensifying instead of residing. The race against time is in the front row. Harvest has begun, the filling and rotation of the drying areas is going to over whelm my life for the next 5 weeks.
