Souvenir Purpose: All seeds are sold strictly as novelty adult souvenirs and for genetic preservation purposes only. No Germination: We do not encourage the germination of seeds. Jolly Pond Farm accepts no responsibility for any illegal use of our products. Legal Status: Our seeds are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, as they are defined as hemp under federal law (containing less than 0.3% THC). It is the customer’s responsibility to check local laws before ordering. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia.
