Refund & Return Policy

At Jolly Pond Farm, we sell our seeds exclusively as collectible adult souvenirs and for genetic preservation purposes.

Returns: Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or tampered packaging. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the customer’s expense.

Germination: In accordance with local and federal regulations, we do not provide any guarantees regarding germination. We cannot replace seeds or provide refunds for issues related to cultivation, as these products are not sold for planting purposes.

Shipping Damage: If your order arrives physically damaged, please contact us at JollyPondFarm@gmail.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the original packaging. Or give us a call 434 258 9426 ask for Keith.
